How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Hawkins ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. International shipping options for smaller decor pieces are available upon request via our support team.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. All Hawkins wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber and finished with non-toxic, eco-friendly glazes.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our furniture arrives pre-assembled. For items requiring setup, we offer an optional 'Pro-Assembly' add-on at checkout through our third-party service partners.
